Get a fixed quote

Your whole business runs on one terrifying spreadsheet. We turn it into a real app — fixed price, 2–3 weeks.

The 40-tab workbook only Dave understands. The macro that breaks when someone sorts column C. The "please don't touch row 2" file five people edit at once. We rebuild it as a fast, multi-user web app — and you own 100% of the code.

You keep the code + your data
Chaotic spreadsheet transforming into a clean web application
“It broke and nobody knows why”One wrong sort, one deleted formula, and Monday is gone. Apps don't let users delete the logic.
“Only one person can be in it”Real multi-user access with roles — viewers see dashboards, editors get forms that can't corrupt anything.
“It takes 4 minutes to open”100k rows in Excel is pain. The same data in a real database is instant, searchable, and backed up.

How it works

Send the spreadsheet (or a screenshot + description if it's sensitive). We look at it for free and tell you honestly if it's worth rebuilding.
Fixed quote in 48h — scope, price, delivery date. No hourly billing, no surprises.
We build, you test weekly — you see progress builds every few days and steer while it's cheap to steer.
Launch + handover — your data migrated, your team onboarded, code and admin access handed over. It's yours.

Get your free spreadsheet assessment

Describe the sheet that hurts. We reply within 48 hours with an honest assessment and a fixed quote — or we tell you a rebuild isn't worth it yet.

Fair questions

Why not just use Airtable / a no-code tool?

If a no-code tool fits your workflow, we'll tell you in the free assessment and you'll spend $0. Rebuilds make sense when the logic is too custom, the data is too big, or the tool subscriptions would cost more per year than the rebuild.

Our data is sensitive. Do you need the real file?

No — a copy with fake data, or screenshots + a call, is enough to quote. We sign an NDA on request.

What stack do you use?

TypeScript, React, and a managed database — boring, maintainable technology any developer can take over. You get the repository and full admin access at handover.

What if it breaks after handover?

Every tier includes a fix window (up to 90 days on Max). After that, we offer a maintenance retainer, or your own dev can maintain it — it's standard code, documented.

Sound familiar?

Real posts from operators whose businesses run on one failing spreadsheet. Agencies quote $10k+ for this; enterprise software doesn't fit. That's the gap we fill at a fixed price.

“The file was around 400MB… simple actions like copying and pasting data could take 15–20 minutes.”

“I've looked online — if you're not using enterprise grade software there is literally nothing out there.”

“Phone zoomed so far in they can only see three cells, formulas not dragged down the whole column, numbers wrong half the time.”
